The Capitol Hill Block Party is growing — and we should all have such growing pains. Just added to the lineup for the July 25-26 music festival: Seattle's Fleet Foxes, the Cave Singers, Throw Me the Statue and Schoolyard Heroes; Portland's Menomena and Jaguar Love; and airborne toxic event, from Los Feliz, Calif. These are in addition to such stellar bands as Vampire Weekend; DeVotchKa; and Kimya Dawson, the Olympia singer behind the soundtrack of "Juno." Sound Off! winner New Faces, from Port Townsend, is also on the lineup. Tickets are available at www.ticketswest.com, Seattle Rudy's Barber Shops, select QFC's, Moe Bar, Neumo's or at 800-325-SEAT.
