How Animals Make More Animals

Certain types of flatworms called planarians do it too. Asexual reproduction lets populations grow quickly. This is good if the environment is stable. It works well if the parent is already well-suited. But here’s the thing. It doesn’t create genetic diversity. Sexual reproduction has the edge there.
Unique Ways Animals Reproduce
